Almost all positions within our organization are full time jobs

Full time means between 36-40 hours a week

After your 6 month probation, you can choose to become a member of our company benefits (dental, vision, prescription etc)

All employees are given the opportunity to attend professional development opportunities (we always try to provide training in both languages)

We offer some flexibility in schedules where we see fit, along with 2 weeks off (1 week in August, 1 week during Christmas holidays)

We offer 4% vacation pay during your 6 month probation that is paid out directly, after 6 months probation you will receive 6% vacation pay that is accumulated for use during vacation

We are an affiliate member who works directly with Prescott-Russell and Inclusion services, and they are a great tool and resource for support and knowledge

We offer growth internally when opportunities open

We review annually for the 2$ wage enhancement that the government provides, it is paid directly on each staff members bi-weekly pay
